Returns & Warranty
Defective merchandise that is within the warranty may be returned for credit or replacement. All merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase will be issued store credit or replacements, at our discretion. We accept all returns within the warranty period — contact us to obtain a return authorization number, which must be marked on the outside of the box. Unmarked boxes will be refused and returned.
Shipping costs to return items are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty
We warrant all merchandise against defects in material or workmanship for a period equal to the manufacturer's original warranty period. This may vary from 30 days to 1 year depending upon the specific manufacturer. Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or a credit will be issued at our option.
We shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages for breach of any warranty, expressed or implied, directly or indirectly arising out of customer's installation or use of the product.
Restocking Fee
On a very few limited upper-scale remote controls, there will be a restocking fee for returned remotes that are in good working condition. The amount will not exceed $50.00. This restocking fee does not apply to remotes returned due to manufacturer defects or if you received the wrong remote.
