Order Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking information 1–2 business days after placing your order. The subject line will read "Remote Control Tracking Information". Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Note: The carrier will post a delivery estimate. This is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping Carriers
Packages are shipped via either USPS or UPS Mail Innovations, but will be delivered by your local U.S. Postal carrier. Tracking updates occur at four points: pickup, arrival at our Orlando processing center, arrival at your local post office, and final delivery. A gap of a few days between updates is normal.
Canadian Orders
After clearing customs, your package can be tracked at canadapost.ca. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
